When I started Packxpert, we weren't just thinking about order fulfilment - we were thinking about [People]. Our journey began with AM Found Group, a digital marketing company we built from the ground up. Back then, like many small businesses, we struggled with inventory and order management such as late deliveries, disorganized stocks, constant pressure from managing logistics and on top of everything else.

Those challenges made one thing clear — great products and strong marketing mean nothing if your fulfilment can't keep up.
