Packxpert Service Terms
Welcome to Packxpert Sdn Bhd (“Packxpert”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Service Terms govern your use of our services, including warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, supply chain solutions, and any other services we offer (collectively, the “Services”). By engaging Packxpert, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope
Packxpert provides third-party logistics (3PL) and supply chain solutions including but not limited to:

Inbound receiving and inspection

Storage and inventory control
-
Order picking and packing
-
Last-mile courier coordination
-
Return handling
-
Value-added services (e.g., bundling, labeling, pre-packaging)
-
Supply chain consultation & integration
Specific services will be defined in your Service Agreement or Quotation.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and timely product and order data

Ensure proper labeling or barcoding (unless outsourced to Packxpert)

Maintain updated shipping and customer information
-
Ensure all inbound stock complies with Malaysia customs and regulatory requirements

Notify Packxpert of any special handling, storage, or delivery needs in advance
3. Storage Terms

Storage charges are calculated based on volume, weight, or pallet occupancy as agreed.

Products stored must not be hazardous, illegal, or perishable (unless agreed otherwise).

Inventory will be stored in a shared or dedicated warehouse area, depending on service plan.
4. Order Fulfilment

Orders are processed based on agreed cut-off times and SLA (Service Level Agreement).

Clients must ensure sufficient stock for smooth fulfillment.

Any custom packaging or kitting requirements must be confirmed beforehand.
5. Returns & Damages

Packxpert will process return parcels based on your preferred return handling instructions.

Damaged or missing items due to courier mishandling will be documented and reported; liability will depend on courier terms.

Internal handling issues caused by Packxpert will be compensated as per our Damage or Loss Policy.
6. Service Fees & Payment

All service charges are detailed in your official quotation or service agreement.

Invoices will be issued monthly based on actual service usage, including storage, fulfillment, courier handling, and any value-added services.

Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise stated in writing.

In the event of late or unpaid invoices, Packxpert reserves the full right to automatically offset any outstanding amount using your COD (Cash on Delivery) funds collected by us.

This deduction will be executed without prior notice, and will continue until all overdue balances are cleared.

Packxpert will not be held responsible for any delays in COD disbursement resulting from this offset.

Repeated delays in payment may result in:

Temporary suspension of fulfillment services

Withholding of stock release
-
Termination of service contract
-
​​It is your responsibility to ensure timely payment to maintain uninterrupted service.
7. Insurance & Liability

Packxpert provides standard warehouse liability protection.

Clients are encouraged to obtain additional insurance coverage for high-value inventory.

Packxpert is not liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of sales or profits.
8. Confidentiality & Data

All client data, business practices, and customer information shared with Packxpert are treated confidentially.

We comply with applicable data protection laws and never share your data with third parties without consent.
9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the service with a 60-day written notice.

Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and inventory must be cleared within 14 working days. Storage charges may apply thereafter.
10. Force Majeure
​Packxpert is not responsible for service delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, pandemics, or government actions.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
